This privacy policy is in reference to the collection of data and information that Childzilla.com might perform in order to setup user accounts, maintain mailing lists, or maintain user settings for our various online tools.

General Data Policy:

  1. When you sign-up for a Childzilla.com account, we collect information about you such as your name, address, email address and other information required by us to setup your account. This information is stored in our private database which is not accessible by any other party, group, affiliate or partner.
  2. Childzilla.com does not store credit card information regarding payment transactions, past or present. When an online payment is made, the credit card information is transmitted over 128-bit secure channels and is processed in real-time. We do not store your credit card information for future payments; we only store the transaction number to identify the payment made.
  3. Childzilla.com might, as part of our marketing and advertising efforts, store information which tells us how you found our website. For example, if you did a search for “Online chore chart” and you found our site, our analytics software will make this information available to us. This information is stored but not in anyway tied to your account to identify you personally.

Advertising cookies are completely separate from Childzilla.com cookies, and are not linkable/readable in anyway.

Disclosing your Private Information

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone, unless the following circumstances occur:
  1. We are required, by court-order enforceable in the country of Canada, to disclose your information to the court or law-enforcement.
  2. We are bought out or merged with another company necessitating your information being transferred to their system. We will make you aware of this within 30 days in advance and give you the option of deleting your information prior to any transfer occurs.

Changes to our Policy:

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will make you aware of such changes by email, posting to our forums, or other means reasonable to communicate these changes. If for some reason you do not agree with our new policy, you may at any time request us to delete all information we have in our database.
